Mesquite CHUNKS

Mesquite is popular in southern USA and has a tangy smoky flavour. It works well with larger cuts of meat such as brisket and leg of lamb. Best used for Low & Slow cooking as the larger pieces of wood will smoulder for longer, giving a sustained smoke to your food. Pre-soak for at least 30 minutes before use.
