When you add products to your quotation and submit your request, this does not require payment. Instead, it sends us a list of the items you're interested in. Our team will then review your enquiry and follow up with a personalised quotation via email.

- For installation packages, we double-check your requirements to ensure you have all the necessary components.
- Unlike other retailers, we won’t hold your money or keep you waiting for refunds.
Delivery Information
Once your quotation has been submitted, our team will contact you to discuss delivery options.
- We will endeavour to deliver most stoves, fires, and barbecues for free in Northern Ireland and Ireland, but this may vary depending on the product.
- Any additional delivery costs will be outlined in your quotation before you proceed with your order.

If you decide to go ahead, we can also arrange a site survey to ensure everything is set up correctly.
