The Stove Yard stocks high-quality stove glass by the sheet from industry-standard manufacturer Schott Robax.
Stove glass can be cut in store. Simply bring in your measurements, old glass or a template (if it is arched or shaped). Due to a huge increase in demand, stove glass is no longer cut while you wait. Payment will be taken at the counter and glass will be available to collect from the following day.
To calculate prices, order for delivery, or preorder for collection visit www.stovespareglass.com.
The Stove Yard does not offer call-outs to replace stove glass or fit glass to doors in-store.
However, a service engineer may be able to do this as part of an annual sweep and service.
Most stove glass can be removed easily using the correct-sized Allen key to loosen the screws holding the clips. Lubricating the screws beforehand is recommended.
If the glass cannot be removed easily or the screws are stripped, you can bring the stove door to our Newtownards showroom, where an independent offsite service is available for full stove door refurbishment. This includes removing seized screws, fitting new glass, and replacing seals.
