About Gozney

Gozney began with Tom Gozney building an oven in his garden. That interest in cooking with fire grew into a business making restaurant ovens and, later, ovens designed for home cooks.

Restaurant experience, brought home

The connection with restaurant cooking is a useful part of the Gozney story. Its home range centres on a stone cooking floor, insulation and an open flame. Those are the parts that let an outdoor oven cook differently from the oven in your kitchen.

A hot stone cooks the base while heat from the flame cooks the topping. Learning to turn a pizza and manage that balance is part of the enjoyment. The oven provides the heat; your dough, preparation and timing still matter.

A range with different jobs to do

Gozney's smaller gas ovens suit different spaces. Arc Lite is the compact 12-inch option. Arc and Arc XL make room for larger pizzas. Tread adds carrying handles and a lower weight for people who want to move their oven between suitable outdoor cooking spots.

Dome Gen 2 and Dome XL Gen 2 are larger ovens for a more settled garden setup. Both support propane, wood and charcoal. The bigger cooking floor makes it easier to plan a meal around pans, vegetables and roasting, as well as pizza.

Know the model you are buying

The original Dome, Dome S1 and the Dome Gen 2 ovens are different products. Their names, dimensions and compatible equipment need checking separately. The same care applies to colour choices and gas specifications: choose the version intended for the UK.

Use our Gozney range to compare oven sizes and read the manual for the exact model before planning its position. For home use, these ovens belong outdoors, with the clearances and supporting surface the manufacturer specifies.
