Designed to work with modern, well insulated houses up to any size, the EX 10, 15 and 22 offer generous amounts of heat for the central heating and domestic hot water, while giving the minimum amount of heat to the room. Available in three models, with a choice of 8.5kW, 12.5kW or 18.5kW to water with as little as 1.5kW to the room, yet with an efficiency of up to 84%. The simple elegant design, combining a fully glazed door with a cool-to-the-touch stainless steel handle, allows it blend well in any surroundings.

Many of our products are not normally available through other online stores because of the manufacturer’s insistence on this level of customer care. We won’t take your money upfront
Instead when you add your items to the cart and click check out this sends us a list of the products you're interested in. We will not take any payment at this stage but will come back to you, either through our quotation system or personal e-mail. We can also advise you of expected lead times and should these prove unsatisfactory we can offer alternative products for you to consider. Unlike other websites we won’t sit on your money or leave you waiting for a refund. In the case of installation packages we can also cast our eye over your shopping list to ensure any missing components, such as adaptors for example, are brought to your attention and included in our quotation.

If you can, we would encourage you to visit either our County Down or Cheshire showrooms (subject to Covid restrictions) to see and experience our products at first hand and where we will be able to discuss your precise needs in detail. If you wish to proceed we can then arrange a site survey. For your peace of mind, as authorised dealers for all of the brands we sell, your new purchase will qualify for the full manufacturer's extended warranty coverage and back-up as well as our comprehensive dealer support.
