When you add products to your quotation and submit your request, this does not require payment. Instead, it sends us a list of the items you're interested in. Our team will then review your enquiry and follow up with a personalised quotation via email.

• We provide accurate lead times and, if necessary, suggest suitable alternatives.
• For installation packages, we double-check your requirements to ensure you have all the necessary components.
• Unlike other retailers, we won’t hold your money or keep you waiting for refunds.

Delivery Information

Once your quotation has been submitted, our team will contact you to discuss delivery options.

• We will endeavour to deliver most stoves, fires, and barbecues for free in Northern Ireland and Ireland, but this may vary depending on the product.
• Any additional delivery costs will be outlined in your quotation before you proceed with your order.

If you're able to, we encourage you to visit our Newtownards showroom to see our products in person. Our expert team will be happy to discuss your specific needs and provide tailored recommendations. If you decide to go ahead, we can also arrange a site survey to ensure everything is set up correctly.

As an authorised dealer, your purchase will qualify for the full manufacturer’s extended warranty and dedicated after-sales support from both us and the manufacturer.
