The pack contains two alder planks. Alder offers a relatively light smoke flavour, so it suits dishes where you want the main ingredient to remain prominent. Follow the manufacturer's preparation and cooking guidance for the planks before use.

If you decide to go ahead, we can also arrange a site survey to ensure everything is set up correctly.
As an authorised dealer, your purchase will qualify for the full manufacturer’s extended warranty and dedicated after-sales support from both us and the manufacturer.
