WIKING Miro 1 Plinth

Wiking Miro 1 Plinth Stove with Side Glass

One of the best-selling stoves at The Stove Yard, the 4.9kW WIKING Miro 1 Plinth Stove has everything that you could possibly ask for from a wood burner from its exceptional good looks to its highly efficient state-of-the-art clean burning technology. The WIKING Miro 1 Plinth Stove is Defra approved for use in smoke control areas and has also been DIBt tested for safe use in air-tight low energy homes and passive-type or AECB Carbonlite houses as well as any home with an MVHR system.

With its slightly taller than average beautifully elegant proportions featuring big air washed windows on three sides, the WIKING Miro 1 Plinth Stove on its 70mm high plinth will make a great focal point in your living space as well as guarantee you a continuously great view of the flames from wherever you are in the room. The small gently curved footprint will not only make the Miro 1 work it well in a good-sized fireplace opening but also free standing along a wall or in a corner setting.

The WIKING Miro 1 Plinth's clean burning credentials are aided by the Wiking Automatic which boosts the supply of primary combustion air when lighting and refuelling and at the end of the burn cycle to help keep the fire chamber hotter so that more particulates are burned off. The heat generated is retained by the precisely engineered and densely compressed vermiculite fire chamber panels to ensure more efficient and effective combustion with the pre-heated tertiary supply wringing out every last calorie of additional heat before the combustion gases finally leave the stove.

Flame height and the 3.0kW to 8.0kW heat output range are managed with the single discreet slider control just under the door. The full height flush fitting door itself is perfectly balanced and incorporates Wiking's unique effortless closing mechanism to ensure a safe 100% room seal every time. The WIKING Miro 1 Plinth Stove features a longer lasting cast iron grate with a handy ash pan underneath for easier cleaning.

The competitively priced WIKING Miro 1 Plinth Stove, with its three big windows, represents the very best of today's stove technology and it will not only make a good looking and enjoyable addition to your home but critically, will also help provide you with genuine money-saving energy independence which has never been more important.
