The DOVRE Bold 400 Wood Burning Stove makes a striking alternative to the familiar cylindrical-type stoves with it's ovaloid footprint and its subtle uninterrupted top to bottom curves  – which are only made possible because of the precision-moulded all cast iron construction. The DOVRE Bold 400 Wood Burning Stove also features an impressively tall fire box that can easily handle logs up to 350mm (124") long and a big gently curved fully airwashed backward-sloping window to maximise the view of the mesmerising flame patterns. One user friendly slider control, positioned just below the firebox, manages all of the combustion air supply to provide the perfect blend of primary boost and secondary airwash for every stage of the burn cycle. Pre-heated tertiary air ensures cleaner burning to minimise emissions and also to wring out every calorie of heat from your logs to deliver A+ rated 80% efficiency.

The DOVRE Bold 400 Wood Burning Stove has a wide heat output range from just 2.3kW up to 9.0kW depending on fuel load which means that you'll also be able to use your stove on cooler spring and autumn evenings as well as keep the coldest winter weather at bay. The nominal 7.0kW rating makes the Bold most suitable for medium to large living spaces where its huge 145kg heat sink will also help maintain a comfortable ambient temperature after the flames have gone. The Bold 400 also features direct external air supply capability as standard making it ideal for highly insulated homes. The Dovre Bold 400 is available with traditional black paintwork and carries a five-year manufacturer's warranty.
