Apple Smoking CHUNKS

Apple chunks provide a natural sweetness that's mild enough to use with fish, shellfish, pork and poultry. Best used for Low & Slow cooking as the larger pieces of wood will smoulder for longer, giving a sustained smoke to your food. Pre-soak for at least 30 minutes before use.
