Buying Policy


It is important to us and the brands that we work with that your new stove, barbecue or accessory will not only meet your requirements perfectly but that it is also installed correctly to comply with building regulations and or the manufacturer's guidance. Many of our products are not normally available through other online stores because of the manufacturer’s insistence on this level of customer care. We hope that you will therefore appreciate that for these reasons this is not your usual click-to-buy website. 

We won’t take your money upfront

Instead when you add your items to the cart and click check out this sends us a list of the products you're interested in. We will not take any payment at this stage but will come back to you, either through our quotation system or personal e-mail. We can also advise you of expected lead times and should these prove unsatisfactory we can offer alternative products for you to consider. Unlike other websites we won’t sit on your money or leave you waiting for a refund. In the case of installation packages we can also cast our eye over your shopping list to ensure any missing components, such as adaptors for example, are brought to your attention and included in our quotation. 

Alternatively visit our showrooms

If you can, we would encourage you to visit either our County Down or Cheshire showrooms (subject to Covid restrictions) to see and experience our products at first hand and where we will be able to discuss your precise needs in detail. If you wish to proceed we can then arrange a site survey. For your peace of mind, as authorised dealers for all of the brands we sell, your new purchase will qualify for the full manufacturer's extended warranty coverage and back-up as well as our comprehensive dealer support.

Online Sales office open hours

Your enquiries and quotes will be answered within our normal office hours. These are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4.30pm (excluding bank holidays)
