Designed specifically for use in Roccbox. The Roccbox Pizza Peel is a professional grade, lightweight peel for the placement of dough and cooking trays in and out of Roccbox. Made from aluminium with a hard anodised finish, this peel is designed exactly the same as larger, commercial use pizza peels.
Tapered on one edge for easy access beneath baked goods or pans, the Roccbox Pizza Peel includes perforations to enable excess flour to fall away when making fresh pizza. The perforations also assist in allowing steam to escape from cooked baked goods, resulting in a crispier base. The non-stick surface is perfect for smooth transition between the peel's surface and the hot stone floor.

Many of our products are not normally available through other online stores because of the manufacturer’s insistence on this level of customer care. We hope that you will therefore appreciate that for these reasons this is not your usual click-to-buy website.
We won’t take your money upfront
Instead when you add your items to the cart and click check out this sends us a list of the products you're interested in. We will not take any payment at this stage but will come back to you, either through our quotation system or personal e-mail. We can also advise you of expected lead times and should these prove unsatisfactory we can offer alternative products for you to consider. Unlike other websites we won’t sit on your money or leave you waiting for a refund. In the case of installation packages we can also cast our eye over your shopping list to ensure any missing components, such as adaptors for example, are brought to your attention and included in our quotation.

If you can, we would encourage you to visit either our County Down or Cheshire showrooms (subject to Covid restrictions) to see and experience our products at first hand and where we will be able to discuss your precise needs in detail. If you wish to proceed we can then arrange a site survey. For your peace of mind, as authorised dealers for all of the brands we sell, your new purchase will qualify for the full manufacturer's extended warranty coverage and back-up as well as our comprehensive dealer support.
