We will not take any payment at this stage but will come back to you, either through our quotation system or personal e-mail. We can also advise you of expected lead times and should these prove unsatisfactory we can offer alternative products for you to consider. Unlike other websites we won’t sit on your money or leave you waiting for a refund. In the case of installation packages we can also cast our eye over your shopping list to ensure any missing components, such as adaptors for example, are brought to your attention and included in our quotation.

If you can, we would encourage you to visit either our County Down or Cheshire showrooms (subject to Covid restrictions) to see and experience our products at first hand and where we will be able to discuss your precise needs in detail. If you wish to proceed we can then arrange a site survey.
